Church and deaconry.

Officers in dioceses and established regional churches require a great willingness to change due to declining church revenues and particularly in view of declining numbers of members for demographical reasons.

Lischke Consulting aids and supports reformation processes in both Protestant and Catholic churches with their branch organisations. Lischke Consulting was able to utilise the ever-present pressure of savings to reduce costs for the “Nordelbische Kirche”. Together with church officers, we used the opportunity to enhance the church’s profile, develop visions for the future, create transparent structures and establish target-oriented and controlled workflows in a very individualistically determined organisation. We were able to improve the internal and external image of the church using a range of different measures.

Numerous projects on a regional, deanery, church circuit and parish level prove our consultants’ experience in dealing with church-related distinctiveness.

Essential topics include:

  • Prioritisation in church-related work.
  • Improvement of structural and process organisation.
  • Merger of church and deaconry institutions.
  • Optimisation of legal forms and management structures.
  • Creation of information and communication systems.
  • Development of methods to improve the offers in parishes and church circuits.
  • Profitability reports and real estate/trade surveys.
