Since the beginning of 2024, Marie Kastens has been supporting us as a consultant, specializing in the execution and management of Operational Excellence projects. She gained professional experience in the medical technology, defense, pharmaceutical, and public sectors. Additionally, with a Master’s degree in Management and Innovation, Marie Kastens brings valuable expertise to the Lischke Consulting team. Her responsibilities include market entry strategies, conducting comprehensive market and business analyses, process optimizations, reducing net working capital, and change management for, among other things, New Work solutions.With her cheerful and open-minded personality, Marie Kastens is also responsible for designing workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Marie Kastens finds balance not only in her professional life but also in her personal time on the stand-up paddleboard. With a great passion for Stand-up-Paddling, the native of Lüneburg enjoys sunny days on the Alster, where she can unwind after a long workday.
