Birte Peters joined the Lischke Consulting team as a consultant in Spring 2023. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience in managing international development and optimization projects in the automotive industry. With training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, Ms. Peters organizes and conducts workshops on value stream mapping and waste elimination (muda elimination), among other topics. Her creativity and dedication enables her improve development processes, design reorganization projects and optimize the entire supply chain, always with a view to achieve Operational Excellence.

Birte Peters has been a passionate ballet dancer for many years and devotes a large part of her free time to this expressive dance. Through her intense involvement with ballet, she has developed remarkable discipline and stamina. These qualities help her not only on stage, but also in her job, to cope with complex problems without losing sight of the long-term goal. Birte Peters uses her experience from ballet to work on solutions in a concentrated and focused way, always keeping her objectives in mind.

Andrea Seiffert has gathered experience in all of the administrative and operational activities of office management for more than 20 years. She is passionate about organizing the office to achieve the highest effectivity and always has the team's best interests in mind. In 1987, Norbert Lühring's passion for VW Beetles was ignited when he purchased his first car - a VW Beetle. Marie Kastens finds balance not only in her professional life but also in her personal time on the stand-up paddleboard. With a great passion for Stand-up-Paddling, the native of Lüneburg enjoys sunny days on the Alster, where she can unwind after a long workday.

Suely Brun has been part of the Lischke Consulting team as a consultant since the end of 2022, focusing on the areas of operational excellence, digitalization and organizational development. Her motivation for process optimization stems primarily from her enthusiasm for the constant development of technology and automation of machines. Her approach is quite clear: Processes should not be improved to replace people, but to optimize their working environments. Stephan Vujcic has been with Lischke Consulting since mid-2022, bringing his extensive data and digital expertise to operational excellence projects. Starting as a working student, he is now an indispensable consultant on the LC team. He leverages his knowledge of digital developments and process automation in change projects aimed at implementing operational excellence, always with a focus on the human element. With over 25 years of experience in human resources across all areas, Nancy Morkel has been part of the Lischke Consulting team as an HR Manager since September 2024. From recruiting and employee support to personnel development, she is a true HR professional. Goran Duric has been working in consulting for over 13 years. He joined the Lischke Consulting Team in 2019. He has managed both strategic and operational projects including Measures implemented in various industries with proven success. His consulting focus is on industry and the topics of supply chain management, lean management and change management.

Goran Duric is an experienced business consultant who knows the importance of tactics and teamwork. In his spare time, Goran Duric enjoys playing soccer and cheering for the Hamburg soccer team "HSV" at the Volksparkstadion on weekends. This proves he has stamina - far beyond 90 minutes. After completing his technical studies and gaining experience as a research assistant at TUHH, Carl Rupp brings a deep understanding of complex issues and optimization potential. Since August 2024, he has been working as a Consultant at Lischke Consulting. During his M.Sc. in Shipbuilding, he gained valuable industry experience in robotics, aircraft and yacht construction, as well as metalworking. He has many years of experience in implementing business excellence processes as a certified Lean Six Sigma Masterblackbelt. His consulting focus is on the introduction of lean production and material flow systems as well as process optimization of administrative processes.

Heinrich Moormann uses his free time for intensive tours on his racing bike in Schleswig-Holstein and on both sides of the Elbe. He likes to travel longer distances in other European countries on his motorcycle. These trips convey a feeling of freedom and independence. On such trips, situations that arise unexpectedly and have to be solved are exciting challenges.

Peter Gelbrich has been in consulting for over 15 years, guiding well-known, international companies through complex change initiatives. Peter Gelbrich has been Managing Partner at Lischke Consulting since 2022 and is responsible for the areas of mechanical and plant engineering with the topics of operational excellence, agile transformations, digitalization and organizational development. Ingo Westphal has been working in consulting for more than 25 years, also in international projects. His focus is on the optimization of operational processes, their mapping in corresponding IT systems, and change management. Ingo Westphal comes from a farming background, to which he still feels closely connected. Since his early youth, he has been fascinated by agricultural technology.
