Lischke Consulting specializes in Operational Excellence and the implementation of complex change processes.
We have been advising internationally renowned companies in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years.

Our consulting approach

Due to uncertainties and global factors that influence value chains, companies need to improve their ability to react and make adjustments faster.

We know our work has been successful when the new processes and structures we have implemented with our customers have been truly adopted and are used in day-to-day business without any need for additional impulses from outside the company.

Success requires change at 3 levels:
Factual level: What needs to be done to achieve a goal?
Structural level: Who contributes where? How great is the need for change in the various areas of a company?
Cultural level: Which values, paradigms and attitudes need to be changed?

The greatest resistance to change almost always occurs at the cultural level. This building block of our 3-level model is therefore our top priority. In our experience, the cultural level has to be addressed first so that a company will be able to keep making continuous improvements on its own.

The core of our consulting philosophy is to focus on change on three levels: the factual, structural and cultural levels. We see ourselves as an external driver and catalyst of the change process. We know that any change initially leads to uncertainty among those involved and thus to resistance. That is why we get all the necessary stakeholders involved in the project work at the right moment, ensuring broad support for the agreed goals.
