Dr. Christian Lischke has been active in consulting for over 30 years. After getting a doctorate in “Product Development” and a post-doctoral fellowship at MIT in Boston, he founded the CC “Innovation Management” at Roland Berger in Stuttgart. In 1995, he then founded Lischke Consulting with a focus on “implementing complex change processes”. He is responsible for the overall strategic development of the company. His significant experience working on large, complex projects of one-of-a-kind manufacturing and in product development is worth mentioning.
Christian Lischke loves music. In his spare time, he enjoys playing music as a member of an orchestra. Throughout his life he has played various instruments. When playing the French horn, he appreciates the challenge of hitting the perfect notes at just the right moment. This musical hobby is a wonderful way to relax after a hard day’s work. As a member of an orchestra, he sees parallels to his role as owner of Lischke Consulting, where he also knows the importance of playing his part on a team and making the right decisions at the right time.
