Ingo Westphal has been working in consulting for more than 25 years, also in international projects. His focus is on the optimization of operational processes, their mapping in corresponding IT systems, and change management. In doing so, he builds on broad knowledge and experience in lean management, operational excellence and complex change processes, among others, and pays particular attention to implementation as well as measuring the success of implementation. The project work always receives new impulses through his activities in research projects.

Ingo Westphal comes from a farming background, to which he still feels closely connected. Since his early youth, he has been fascinated by agricultural technology. His consulting projects benefit from his enthusiasm for technology. Nowadays on his wife’s farm, he only occasionally has the time to drive the 300 hp tractor, which is now GPS-controlled. But he regularly helps in the haymaking.. Therefore, the topic of “maintenance” is also relevant outside of his consulting projects.
