Heinrich Moormann has been in consulting for over 25 years and has supported Lischke Consulting as an expert for over 10 years. He has many years of experience in implementing business excellence processes as a certified Lean Six Sigma Masterblackbelt. His consulting focus is on the introduction of lean production and material flow systems as well as process optimization of administrative processes.

Heinrich Moormann uses his free time for intensive tours on his racing bike in Schleswig-Holstein and on both sides of the Elbe. He likes to travel longer distances in other European countries on his motorcycle. These trips convey a feeling of freedom and independence. On such trips, situations that arise unexpectedly and have to be solved are exciting challenges.
