Stephan Vujcic has been with Lischke Consulting since mid-2022, bringing his extensive data and digital expertise to operational excellence projects. Starting as a working student, he is now an indispensable consultant on the LC team. He leverages his knowledge of digital developments and process automation in change projects aimed at implementing operational excellence, always with a focus on the human element. Additionally, he is actively involved in the internal Center of Competence (CoC) for Digitalization, where he identifies current trends and develops innovative solutions for client projects.
Stephan Vujcic developed his strategic skills not only in consulting but also over years as a central midfielder in professional football, where he acted as a link and playmaker. Although he has now traded in his football boots for a laptop, the team mindset remains his driving force – day in and day out at Lischke Consulting. In his free time, the father of two focuses on his family and demonstrates his strategic abilities on the chessboard rather than the football field.
