Anja Oertel has been working in consulting for 20 years and has been part of the Lischke team since 2022. Her focus is on change management and human resources development. She accompanies companies in their transformations and change processes, especially on international projects. As a Change Expert and Agile Coach, Anja Oertel supports our clients in their change processes and works as a coach for executives.

Anja Oertel is a passionate cook who appreciates the creative side of cooking. She loves experimenting with new ingredients and trying small changes to create big effects. Her ability to think creatively while applying in-depth knowledge is also important in her work as a business consultant, where she develops innovative solutions while applying sound expertise to achieve the best results for her clients.
