Dr. Norbert Lühring has been active in consulting for over 25 years. He has been Managing Partner at Lischke Consulting since 2005 and is responsible for the areas of industry and human resources. In the last 15 years, he has worked primarily in the industrial field, with a particular focus on product development, implementation of Lean / Operational Excellence programs and production optimization.
In 1987, Norbert Lühring’s passion for VW Beetles was ignited when he purchased his first car – a VW Beetle. Some time ago, he invested a lot of love and hard work in the careful restoration of a 1970 VW Beetle, which is now in a condition that surpasses its original state. Repairing and rebuilding a VW Beetle requires a delicate balance between traditional values and innovative approaches.
