Peter Gelbrich has been in consulting for over 15 years, guiding well-known, international companies through complex change initiatives. Peter Gelbrich has been Managing Partner at Lischke Consulting since 2022 and is responsible for the areas of mechanical and plant engineering with the topics of operational excellence, agile transformations, digitalization and organizational development. In addition, he is the contact person for the LC training program as well as the Lean Networks.
Peter Gelbrich likes to engage in sports as a balance. Specifically, the diverse range of challenges inspired him to accomplish five triathlons and even conquer the Iron Man event. His enthusiasm for it stems from the combination of different sports and the resulting challenge to get to know and expand one’s own limits. This commitment is also reflected in his professional activities, which also focus on the pursuit of continuous optimization.
